Pertumbuhan ini juga didorong oleh permintaan di sektor pariwisata dan komersial serta fokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur dari calon pemimpin nasional yang akan meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan nilai sektor properti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Faktor_Pendorong_Pertumbuhan\"><\/span>Faktor Pendorong Pertumbuhan<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia, termasuk insentif pajak dan subsidi, mendukung pertumbuhan <a href=\"https:\/\/ringkas.co.id\/en\/blog\/tips\/risiko-investasi-properti-dan-peluang-return-yang-perlu-dipahami\/\">sektor properti<\/a>. Meski ada tantangan anggaran, peningkatan daya beli dan layanan perbankan yang membaik diharapkan dapat mempertahankan permintaan rumah. Pengembang dihadapkan pada tantangan menyediakan rumah terjangkau yang memenuhi kebutuhan pasar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proyeksi_Suku_Bunga_dan_Dampaknya_pada_Sektor_Properti\"><\/span>Proyeksi Suku Bunga dan Dampaknya pada Sektor Properti<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut notulen dari CNBC International, para peserta diskusi kebijakan menilai bahwa <a href=\"https:\/\/ringkas.co.id\/en\/blog\/kpr-101\/10-faktor-memilih-kpr-yang-perlu-dipertimbangkan\/\">suku bunga<\/a> kemungkinan berada di puncak siklus pengetatan. Dengan inflasi yang melambat dan dampak kenaikan suku bunga sesuai rencana, prospek ke depan menunjukkan kemungkinan pemotongan suku bunga oleh Federal Reserve (the Fed) pada awal 2024. Proyeksi ini, yang menunjukkan suku bunga sudah mencapai puncaknya, bisa memicu Bank Indonesia untuk melonggarkan kebijakannya. Dengan suku bunga BI yang telah mencapai tingkat tertinggi dalam 4,5 tahun terakhir, termasuk kenaikan dua kali sebesar 50 basis poin hingga ke level 6% sepanjang 2023, tekanan suku bunga yang mereda dapat menjadi hal positif bagi sektor properti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Implikasi_bagi_Investor_Properti\"><\/span>Implikasi bagi Investor Properti<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembiayaan perumahan, yang mayoritas ditopang oleh KPR, sangat dipengaruhi oleh suku bunga. Penurunan suku bunga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat konsumen dalam membeli properti. Ini memberikan peluang bagi investor properti untuk memanfaatkan kondisi pasar yang lebih menguntungkan, dengan biaya pembiayaan yang lebih rendah dan permintaan yang lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kesimpulan\"><\/span>Kesimpulan<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan mempertimbangkan prospek kebijakan bunga dan kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung, tahun 2024 menawarkan peluang menarik bagi investor properti.
