Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Insentif booking adalah sejumlah dana tunai dengan nominal tetap yang diberikan oleh Ringkas untuk Konsumen, yaitu sebesar Rp 100 ribu.
2. Consumers who are entitled to booking incentives are consumers who make the process of buying a property through the Ringkas Platform and have been approved for applying for a property loan by the bank.
3. Consumers are required to fill in their bank account information on the Ringkas Platform to get booking incentives.  
4. The consumer is entitled to a booking incentive of at least 25% (twenty-five percent of the total booking incentive given in Ringkas according to point 1 above) after the Consumer receives a Letter of Offer for Credit (SPPK) and the remainder of the booking incentive will be given after the Consumer receives notification of the completion of the signing of the Credit Agreement by the Bank on the Ringkas Platform in which the booking incentive payment schedule will be paid by Ringkas to the Consumer on the 10th or 25th of each month.
5. If the 10th or 25th falls on a National Holiday/Saturday/Sunday, payment of the booking incentive will be paid on the following working day.     
6. The tax liability for booking incentives provided by Ringkas for Consumers will be borne by the Consumer.
7. If there is a change in the Consumer's bank account, the Consumer must notify Ringkas no later than 3 (three) working days prior to the booking incentive payment schedule by:
  1. Through Ringkas Care and fill out the bank account change form provided by Ringkas or;
  2. Via app.ringkas.co.id by making changes to the Bank's detailed information (make sure you log in first). 
Ringkas cannot change the transfer destination account or make a re-transfer, if the disbursement of the booking incentive funds has been transferred to the Consumer's account in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply.
8. Booking incentives cannot be exchanged for other promotions or transferred to other parties.
9. This offer can be changed at any time with notification that will be informed on this page.
